The Moody Heating and Air Maintenance Program includes:

• $199.00 per year two trips for one system 

• Add $50.00 for each extra system

• We provide basic filters. 1” wide 

• Space Gaurd filters and similar filters are extra

• $69.00 service calls even on weekends 

• 10% off any parts not under warranty 

• Priority scheduling on service calls 

• We provide a checklist with pictures of any issues
